Shipping

  • We ship throughout the contiguous United States, Mexico, and Canada.

  • The processing time from when you place your order to when you receive is as follows.

    Shipping in the contiguous U.S.

    • The order processing time is within 24 hours of purchase to fulfill your order.

    • The shipping time is 2 to 3 business days.
      The shipping time during the holidays is 2 - 5 business days.

    Shipping outside the contiguous U.S. (Includes Hawaii, Alaska, and international regions)

    • The order processing time is within 24 hours of purchase time to fulfill your order.

    • The shipping outside of the contiguous U.S. is 7 - 14 business days.

    • The shipping time outside the contiguous U.S. during the holidays is 7 - 20 business days.

  • An email with the status of your order is sent to your email address. A tracking ID is assigned to your order and is sent to you via email once the order ships.

    You can also track your order by creating an account on berrycaye.com and logging in to see the order status.

  • We can expedite orders and express ship. (Express fees may apply.)

  • We can only ship to residential addresses and are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Contact us at care@berrycaye.com. We can cancel orders within 4 hours of your purchase.

    If your order ships before you can cancel the order, contact us and return the item to receive a refund.

    If you created an account with on berrycaye.com, you can log into My Account and cancel your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

  • You can return or exchange items in 30 days (including weekends) after the purchase date.

Warranty

  • A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to us via email at care@berrycaye.com or our contact us form within 30 days of product delivery (in confirmation email), along with the required photo proof of the damaged item.
